Fun Continues At Southington Festival's Second Weekend
The Southington Apple Harvest Festival's second weekend starts later this week with food, entertainment, and, likely, cool autumn weather.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The first weekend of the Southington Apple Harvest Festival proved to be spellbinding, with gorgeous weather leading to large crowds.
The massive celebration — which brings 100,000 guests to the Southington green area (75 Main St.) — continues this weekend on Friday-Sunday, Oct. 10-12.
But while last weekend's weather was a bit warm for October, the forecast for the festival's second weekend is much more autumn-like, though rain is forecast for Sunday.
