Main Street Foundation selects PARC as grant finalist

Attend the 30-year Gala to vote for PARC! Sat., Sept. 13 at Aqua Turf Club. RSVP by Aug. 29.

The Main Street Community Foundation recently held a breakfast to celebrate the 10 Circa 1995 grantee finalists – and PARC was included! These nonprofit organizations were selected from an applicant pool after being challenged to provide a response for how their organization will make a difference in the next 30 years.

At MSCF’s 30th Main Event Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, Sept. 13, attendees will have the opportunity to vote to determine who receives grants ranging from $1,000 to the top grant award of $10,000! Voting will only be allowed at the event by guests – MSCF staff and members of the Board of Directors are not allowed to vote.

PARC submitted a very unique application – a 250-word poem (rather than an essay) reflecting on what we plan to accomplish in the next 30 years. (Click here for a printable copy of the poem and share! PARC’s Application for the Main Street Circa 1995 Grant
