Orchard Valley Garden Club Receives donation from Riccio Foundation

The Orchard Valley Garden Club was pleased to receive a $1000 donation from the Riccio Foundation family. This donation will focus on the youth programming that the club does in Southington. Programs are held with children on a regular basis in the community, in schools, and at the Southington Public Library. The Garden Club has had a long-standing relationship with various organizations in the community and works with youth in order to enhance their appreciation of gardening, plants, and the environment.

The Orchard Valley Garden Club is a 501C3 not for profit organization dedicated to education about gardening, as well as the beautification and conservation of our community.
