Plainville Crash Cleared On I-84: UPDATE

PLAINVILLE, CT — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 Thursday morning was snarling traffic along a busy section of Plainville highway, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has now been cleared.

The DOT reports the accident occurred on Interstate 84 East between exits 35 and 36, resulting in the closure of the left and center lanes.

The accident was first reported at 6:22 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
