Southington Announces July 4 Holiday Impacts
The Fourth of July holiday is on Friday, July 4, this year.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — With America celebrating another birthday this Friday, July 4, comes announced municipal impacts regarding services in town.
In Southington, Southington Town Hall and all departments will close at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3.
Then, the next day, they will be closed on Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

Operations will resume to normal hours on Monday, July 7.
The Southington Public Library will also be closed on Friday, July 4, as well as on Saturday, July 5, when it will be closed on Saturdays through the summer.
