Southington Company Hosting Document Shredding Event

Saturday, April 15, has been deemed 'Shred-It Day.'

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Mid-April is a good time of year for spring cleaning and part of that is unloading unnecessary personal documents that might have some potentially harmful personal data.

But to do that safely, so as to protect yourself against identity theft, it's best to shred them.

Which is why Connecticut-based Couzens, Domingos, Allen & Associates — a financial services firm with offices throughout the area — has made Saturday, April 15, "Shred It Day."
