SOUTHINGTON, CT — The polls have closed in Southington and the votes are in, with the local GOP continuing to enjoy control of the town's major land-use, education and government boards.

The following are Southington's 2023 election results (confirmed winners bolded):

Town Council (vote for six)

The GOP maintains its 6-3 advantage on Southington's top elected body.
