Southington Library's 'Mitten Tree' Seeks Warm Decorations
The Mitten Tree collects donations of scarves, hats, mittens, and gloves for those in need locally.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The Southington Public Library announced Thursday that its Mitten Tree is up and folks are urged to help the library keep those in need warm this winter.
The library, located at 255 Main St., Southington, is asking for people to donate gloves, mittens, hats, and scarves and place them on the tree, which is located inside.
Then the donated items will be given to Southington Community Services to be distributed to clients.
