William Maurice Walsh, 30, of Slater Street, Manchester, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment at 4:13 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Mickey Quinones, 25, of Ridge Street, Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 12.

Richard Rhett Blair, 37, of Old Waterbury Road, Terryville, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia at 10:43 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Nov. 13

Lamell Sharome Weaver, 47, of Tudor Street, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 6:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

William Maurice Walsh, 30, of Slater Street, Manchester, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Angel Lozrada, 22, of Victory Drive, New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Nov. 14

Samantha Frances Rogers, 36, of Colony Road, Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Maria A. Perreault, 82, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree violation of a condition of release at 4:56 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Alex Nicklous Lawrie, 25, of Elk Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 6:56 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Nov. 16

Jeffrey C. Shepard, 67, of South Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Sharde Palmer, 39, of Perkins Road, Southington, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 3:45 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 1.

Nov. 18

Scott James Walker, 43, of Scott Street, Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:36 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 19.

Nov. 19

Luis Enrique Changanaqui, 61, of Hamlin Street, Manchester, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 7:10 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 1.

Nov. 20

Romeallo Miller, 24, of Park Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment and threatening at 5:32 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Andres Meletrich, 36, of Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, failure to display lights, improper tires/wheels, larceny of a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault of a public safety officer, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 20.

Jessy A. Capocci, 39, of Perkins Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 10:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 20.

Nov. 21

Santino Francis Pompei, 28, of Walkley Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree breach of peace at 10:52 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.

Kofi E. Lawson, 42, of Lynbrook Road, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:43 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 10.

Nov. 22

Christina M. Nieves, 41, of Brook Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:23 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 5.

Kenneth Andrew Meyer Jr., 36, of Coe Road, Wolcott, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Zachary Robert Lindsey, 30, of James Place, Wolcott, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, failure to drive in the proper lane, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 2:10 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 5.

Nov. 23

Bryan Michael Warren, 39, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree unlawful restraint, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 12:11 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.

Melissa Lynn Wallach, 55, of Pepperidge Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 10 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 24.

Bria Linn Hill, 30, of Mark Street, Bristol, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:45 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 5.

Raymond F. Fortin, 37, of High Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:30 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 8.

Nov. 24

Bryan Michael Warren, 39, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.

Janneirylie Casiano, 28, of LaSalle Street, New Britain, was charged with two counts of criminal violation of a restraining order at 7 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 24.

Matthew James Carison, 26, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.
