Southington Program Looks At Maintaining Health As We Age
The South Central Health District on Tuesday, March 25, is inviting folks to 'Health Maintenance While Aging' at the Southington Library.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Like an automobile, people require maintenance as they get on in years as well — only its more complicated than changing the oil or maintaining tire pressure.
A special program of the South Central Health District in Southington next week aims to help those interested in what to check and what to treat as they age.
It will take place on Tuesday, March 25, at the new Southington Public Library, which is located at 255 Main St., Southington.

The program s called "Health Maintenance With Aging" and it will be led by South Central Health District medical advisor Dr. Craig Bogdanski.
Bogdanski will provide guests with a road map of sorts for people looking to stay health in the long run.

Located at 196 N. Main St., Southington, the South Central Health District also serves the towns of Middlefield and Plainville.
