Southington Rabies Clinic Saturday To Help Dogs, Cats
Event is from 2 to 4 p.m. at Southington Dog Pound.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A $20-bill is all that is required to protect your dog or cat at a rabies clinic Saturday at the Southington Dog Pound.
Located on 646 Woodruff St., the clinic is from 2 to 4 p.m., with all dogs required to be on a leash and all cats in a pet carrier.
According to an announcement of the clinic on the Town of Southington's website, participants are asked to stay in their vehicle with their pets until prompted for their turn.

Pet owners will be able to get a three-year rabies vaccine for $20 cash and they must bring pet vaccine records.
In addition, staff at the Southington town clerk's office will be on hand to issue any dog licenses that day.

For the dog licenses, cash or a check made out to the Town of Southington is all that is required.
