Per state law, students 5 years of age by Sept. 1, 2026, are automatically eligible and, therefore, do not need a waiver or screener administered.

This early admission process is available only for a child who will reach the age of 5 on or after Sept. 2, 2026, and before Jan. 1, 2027.
