SOUTHINGTON, CT — Monday, Jan. 20, is the observed federal holiday in honor of Martin Luther King Jr., with several municipal and school impacts announced.
In Southington, all town departments and municipal facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, including Southington Town Hall and the John Weichsel Municipal Center.
In addition, Southington schools will be closed on Monday, with classes resuming on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
