10 Stamford Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon
Ten residents from Stamford finished the Boston Marathon earlier this week. It was the 126th running of the race.

Stamford, CT — Fourteen runners from around Greenwich competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.
Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.

- Thomas Fine, 54, finished with an official time of 3:24:51.
- Vincent Foley, 51, finished with an official time of 3:44:42.
- Jeffrey Gerbert, 56, finished with an official time of 3:10:12.
- John Krasniewicz, 71, finished with an official time of 5:09:54.
- James Matheny, 57, finished with an official time of 3:30:55.
- Jeremy Miner, 31, finished with an official time of 3:42:39.
- Dora Paz, 57, finished with an official time of 4:04:25.
- Claudia Smith, 55, finished with an official time of 3:43:08.
- Chris Westfahl, 56, finished with an official time of 4:10:48.
