2025 Stamford Winter Restaurant Weeks Announced

STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Downtown has announced the dates for its 2025 Winter Restaurant Weeks event.

The event will run from Feb. 17 through March 2, and will feature 35 downtown eateries that will offer seasonal prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus and special promotions at value-oriented prices. Dine-in reservations are recommended.

The prix fixe menus will range in price from $15-$20 for lunch, $30-$55 for dinner, plus special promotions from several restaurants. Stamford Downton says pricing is not valid with any third-party ordering systems such as GrubHub, DoorDash or UberEats. Diners should contact participating restaurants directly for take-out orders and for menus and details, including exceptions.

This year, Stamford Downtown and participating restaurants will be partnering with Food Rescue US.

"Food Rescue US is proud to join forces with Stamford Downtown’s Winter Restaurant Weeks restaurants to ensure that surplus food is redirected to Pacific House in Stamford, serving the needs of homeless men & young adults in Stamford," said Karen Saggese, Food Rescue US - Fairfield County co-site director, in a news release. "Our mission is to reduce food waste while combating hunger in Stamford and the surrounding communities."

As a kick-off event, several WRW participating restaurants are preparing and serving dinner at the Pacific House men’s shelter in Stamford in early February.

"We are pleased to be joined by representatives from both Food Rescue US and the Avon Theatre Film Center for this community-minded supportive event," Stamford Downtown said in a news release.

The Avon Theatre Film Center is offering patrons an opportunity to receive one free medium popcorn with a purchase of a general admission ticket. Customers should ask for an Avon voucher when dining.
