STAMFORD, CT — Southbound traffic on High Ridge Road will be diverted Friday until approximately 2 p.m., due to bridge construction, according to a post from the Stamford Public Safety X account.

Drivers will be directed westbound on Wire Mill Road. Motorists should avoid the area if possible and use an alternate route.
