Those out and about in Stamford Monday morning could notice some traffic flow issues as there appears to be a number of construction and utility work taking place around the city.
Some of the places run into so far include:
• Strawberry Hill Avenue at Upland Road
• Francis Avenue between Belltown Road and Newfield Avenue
• Linden Place and Franklin Street
