Cops: $300,000 Bond for Man Who Skipped Court Thrice
The man allegedly didn't show up for a court date set for three separate domestic violence incidents.

Stamford police arrested a Bridgeport man on three counts of failure to appear while he was in court Tuesday, police announced Tuesday morning.
According to authorities, Dominique Guirand, of Anson St., was in Stamford Superior Court for some unrelated matter when he was arrested on the failure to appear charges that stemmed from three separate court cases which, in turn, stemmed from three alleged domestic violence incidents.
Police said Guirand's first arrest came on Nov. 3, 2012, when he was charged with second-degree stalking, possession of burglary tools, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree attempt to commit burglary. A Jan. 2 court date was set.

Guirand was then arrested Dec. 3, 2012, and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree attempt to commit burglary and violation of a protective order. A Jan. 2 court date was set.
Finally, Guirand was arrested on Dec. 4, 2012, and charged with first-degree harassment, two counts second-degree harassment and two counts violation of a protective order. A Jan. 2 court date was set.

Guirand allegedly failed to appear in court on Jan. 2, and a $100,000 bond was issued in each of the three incidents for which he failed to appear for a grand total bond of $300,000. He was being processed on the three additional accounts of failure to appear Tuesday.

Amada Cleotilde Gomez, 32, of North St., charged Monday evening with first-degree failure to appear.
Stephen Lorusso, 22, of Forest Hill Rd. in Norwalk, charged early Monday with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Jose Rivas, 60, of Pacific St., charged Monday night with sixth-degree larceny.
Alfonzo Vazquez-Flores, 26, of Frank St., charged early Monday with sixth-degree larceny.
