Why are you seeking this office?
Civic Duty. The more I read and see about the state government the more I feel government can be run more efficient.
What do you believe is the No. 1 issue facing Connecticut, and how do you plan to address it?
Affordable living. Looking at the electric rate disaster we must see where else there are state polices raising the cost of living in CT.
There have been an alarming number of deaths on Connecticut's roadways. Is there anything from a legislative standpoint that can be done to address that?
Yes. We need to have the police enforce the driving laws. The legislature needs to have continuing education be part of a driver's license.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I don't think more government is always the answer
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I walk all over Stamford and Connecticut. I usually walk at least eight miles a day in Stamford. I see first hand many of the issues that face my fellow citizens. I will bring a new approach to the legislature.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
Being new to government I will question the status quo.
