Free Women's Self-Defense Class Offered By Stamford Police

The class is for women ages 16 and over.

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Police Department and Stamford Police Association, in partnership with Tiger Schulmann's Stamford, is offering a free women's self-defense class in August.

Scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 9 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 2770 Summer St., the class is for women ages 16 and over.

Attendees will learn practical self-defense techniques and situational awareness training, and will build confidence in a supportive environment.
