Green & Tonic recently announced it would expand to a flexitarian concept; the brand continues to prioritize ingredients derived from plants, and has expanded its offerings to include organic chicken and pasture-raised eggs to meet growing consumer demand.

The Stamford location will feature a salad station, where guests can customize a salad in a convenient on-the-go shaker or bowl. Also available at Green & Tonic Stamford are meal boxes, a customizable way to create two to five days worth of meals and snacks, easily packaged and ready to pick up.
