Heavy Delays Expected At Busy Stamford Intersection, Police Say

STAMFORD, CT — Construction began Wednesday morning at the five-way intersection of Strawberry Hill Avenue, Grove Street, Prospect Street, Hoyt Street and Hillandale Avenue, according to an announcement from police.

Drivers are being advised to use alternate routes and expected heavy delays in the area.

Police did not specify how long the construction is expected to last.
