Ida Arruzza, 84, a Stamford resident, passed away on January 24, 2016 at her home.
Born on March 2, 1931 in Italy, the daughter of the late Umberto Nocella and Antoinetta Pimpenella.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Vincenzo Arruzza; her sons, Joseph Arruzza (wife Mina) and Riccardo Arruzza; one brother John Nocella; and her grandchildren Amy M. Arruzza, Nicholas R. Arruzza, and Jasmine N. Arruzza.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 1, at 11:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Stamford. Relatives and friends may call at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Ave., Stamford on Sunday, January 31, from 2 to 5 P.M.
