In Memoriam: Mary T. Zenobio Marseglia

Mary T. Zenobio Marseglia, 85, of Stamford passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Stamford Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born in Menturno, Italy on September 14, 1930 to the late Joseph and Conceita Zamborelli Zenobio.

Mary was a longtime resident of Stamford as well as being an active member of St. Gabriel’s RC Church on Newfield Avenue for many years as well as being a member of the Stamford Senior Citizen’s Group.

Mary is survived by her daughter Linda J. Marseglia of Stamford, her son, Mark C. Marseglia and his wife Margaret of Stamford, her brother Philip Zenobio and his wife Rosalie of New Milford, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Mary is predeceased by her loving husband Marco A. Marseglia.

A funeral procession will leave the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home on Tuesday November 10, at 10:20AM and proceed to St. Gabriel’s RC Church, 914 Newfield Ave., Stamford, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien. Family and friends call at the funeral home on Monday November 9, from 4 to 7 PM.
