In Memoriam: Peter N. Taylor

Peter N. Taylor, 87, passed away peacefully after a brief illness.

He was born in Henderson, NC and has lived in Stamford for many years.

Peter was a single father who raised 3 children. He loved his children and adored his grandchildren. He was a hardworking man and his family never went without.
He worked at Angelo’s Auto Body and for over 40 years worked at Freccia Auto Body until he retired. He took great pride in his work and was an excellent body and fender man.

He is survived by his 3 children, Rita A. Pulliam, Diane Tipton (Charles) and Nathaniel Taylor (Velma) and 5 grandchildren, Sushun Pulliam (Little Girl) , Saeedah Reed ( Monk ), Alton Leon Pulliam and Gregory Taylor. He is also survived by his brother Maurice, 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by 5 sisters, Betty Mae Harrison, Annie Mae Taylor, Sarah Taylor, Maria Clay DeVeaux, Carrie Bill Hayes; 3 brothers, Frrederick Taylor, Ulysess Taylor, James Taylor and his grandson Jermaine (BoBo) Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 16, at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St., Stamford.
