The home has been renovated in the past three years with upgraded systems and interior improvements, and it "blends its unique historic appeal with today's contemporary luxury," the listing description says.

Tichy is a nationally recognized architect, who had an office in downtown Greenwich. He was commissioned to build 86 Wildwood Road for an attorney and his family, the listing notes.
