National Real Estate Firm Announces Relocation In Stamford, Plans For Future Expansion
The real estate firm has seven office locations throughout Fairfield County, and more than 2,500 agents across the East Coast.
STAMFORD, CT — Brown Harris Stevens, the national real estate firm with more than 2,500 agents across the East Coast, has announced a temporary relocation for its Stamford offices along with future plans to expand.
After 16 years at 1099 High Ridge Road, the firm will relocate to a temporary space at nearby 1177 High Ridge Road.
Led by Executive Vice President of Sales Wendy Lynch, the new office will serve as a fully operational hub offering complete support and workspace for agents and their clients, according to an announcement on the move.

Halstead is the senior executive vice president, managing director of sales, Connecticut, for Brown Harris Stevens. An announcement on the move said the company is "actively exploring" long-term locations within Stamford "that will support continued innovation, collaboration, and community engagement."
Known for its work in the luxury, high-end market, Brown Harris Stevens is headquartered in New York City with offices throughout the tri-state area and Palm Beach and Miami, Fla.
The firm has seven office locations throughout Fairfield County.
