CBRE, a real estate company, announced the sale of the 402-home community on Tuesday.
STAMFORD, CT — CBRE, a real estate company, announced on Tuesday the sale of Parc Grove Apartments, a 402-home community located in Stamford at 200 Broad St.
According to a news release, the CBRE team of Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin, Gene Pride, Jeremy Neuer, Steve Bardsley and Eric Apfel represented a global real estate investment advisor, while also procuring the buyer, Pacific Urban Residential LLC.
The community, located in the heart of downtown Stamford, features spacious apartments as well as expansive and newly upgraded amenities and common areas, including a clubroom with fireplace lounge, resort-style pool, two-story fitness center and cross training room, indoor basketball court and garage parking.
