Pieology Pizzeria Closes Stamford Restaurant, Last CT Location

STAMFORD, CT — The Pieology Pizzeria at the Stamford Town Center has permanently closed. The location was the last for the company in Connecticut.

Stamford Town Center General Manager Dan Stolzenbach and Stamford Pieology owner Regal Patel declined comment to Patch on the closure.

The pizza chain originally opened in the mall in 2017, and another Pieology opened in Brookfield in 2020. That space has since been turned into Bar Naan, an Indian restaurant also owned by Patel.
