Michael Bivona, 18, of 3 Cypress Drive, Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday at 4:02 p.m. and charged with posession of a controlled substance (less than four ounces of marijuana), sale of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Joe Bostick Jr., 32, of 48 Pine Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested on Thursday at 1:19 a.m. and charged with possession of a hallucinogen (more than four ounces of marijuana), possession of narcotics, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under a suspended license and face protection-motorcycle (?).

Desiree Harrison, 21, of 1535 Park Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested on Wednesday at 10:40 a.m. and charged with evading responsibility for property damage and failure to notify the motor vehicle department of changed address.

Norman Lloyd, 51, of 58 Durant St., Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday at 11:13 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Esther Ortiz, 41, of 219 South Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested on Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with second-degree assault, conspiracy to comment a crime and first-degree unlawful restraint.
