Stamford Police Sgt. Andrew Gallagher confirmed Wednesday afternoon the name of the victim in Tuesday's fatal accident at a Stamford industrial complex as Francisco Dos Santos.
Dos Santos, 59, of Naugatuck, was identified earlier Wednesday in an O&G Industries press release, prior to police confirmation of the name.
Gallagher stated, "[An] investigation is ongoing," when asked if a ruling had been made into the nature of the incident.
