STAMFORD, CT — A 3,289 square-foot penthouse recently sold for $2 million, setting a record in Stamford.
Announced by Ron Nyman of the Tri Star at Corcoran Centric Realty, the sale of penthouse 3D at 1 Broad St., also known as Park Tower Stamford, represents not only the highest-priced sale within the complex, but the highest-priced condominium sale in the city, surpassing the $1.95 million former WWE executive Vince McMahon got in 2023 for his penthouse in the same building.

According to the announcement, the penthouse features an expansive wraparound terrace with panoramic views of Long Island Sound and New York City skyline in the distance. The unit includes three bedroons, three full bathrooms, a half bathroom, high-end finishes and top-of-the-line upgrades.
Custom upgrades include a chef’s kitchen with quartzite countertops and Viking appliances, as well as bastille walnut hardwood floors and carrara marble surfaces, the sale announcement said.
