According to an update from Stamford Public Safety late Wednesday, all roads are open.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms moved through the area on Wednesday. Impacted roads in Stamford included North State Street, South State Street, Elm Street, Canal Street, E. Main Street, Crystal Street, Dale Street, Liberty Street, and Merrell Avenue.
