  • Hey Stamford, your weather outlook for today is mostly sunny with a high in the mid-80s again, according to the National Weather ServiceTide charts show high tide hitting around 12:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. and low tide at around 7:15 a.m. and 7:35 p.m.
  • Over at the Ferguson Library, they're showing Bonnie & Clyde and a New Canaan animal enthusiast is going to be showing off some Animals [that] Dig the Dirt. 
  • Alternatively, if you're looking to get out of the house but aren;t interested in shopping during the heat of the day, check out the Stamford Museum & Nature Center's Picnic Perfect Nights starting at 5 p.m. bring a picnic, a blanket, and enjoy some outdoor, after-hours fun. 
  • An interesting item from neighboring Greenwich: a man tried to break into a home by scaling an exterior wall of the house. Police have not said whether the man had any relation to Peter Parker.
