STAMFORD, CT — A small-batch donut and baked goods company is among many new businesses recently registered in Stamford, according to data from the state of Connecticut.

The data is from the Connecticut Business Registry, maintained by the Secretary of the State, Business Services Division.

Bake Zone CT offers hand-rolled brioche donuts and small-batch baked goods for pickup or delivery in Stamford and Westchester County in New York.

Customers can order through Instagram, the company website, or by email. The menu rotates every two weeks with exclusive, small-batch flavors.

"We make soft, pillowy filled brioche donuts using high-quality ingredients and a slow process of 2 days that brings out the best flavor and texture. Each one is shaped, fried, filled, and finished by hand. Our fillings are either homemade or carefully selected to complement the flavor we’re creating," the company says on its website. "All of our donuts are free from preservatives and artificial additives, which is why they’re best enjoyed fresh on the day you get them—or within 1 day."

Donut offerings for May 15 to May 31 include caramel toasted hazelnut, burnt basque cheesecake, and Dubai chocolate. Chocolate meringue brownies are also currently available.
