Stamford Downtown Summer Restaurant Weeks Upcoming: See Participating Eateries

STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Downtown will showcase its eclectic mix of restaurants during the upcoming Summer Restaurant Weeks event, which is slated to run from Aug. 18 through Sept. 1.

The area is home to restaurants representing 21 countries and regions, including Albanian, American, Australian, Brazilian, Chinese, Colombian, Ethiopian, French, Greek, Hawaiian, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, Mediterranean, Mexican, Peruvian, Spanish, Taiwanese, and Thai.

This August, over 30 restaurants will participate in this two-week culinary event, offering specially priced prix fixe menus.

"Stamford's city center has long been a destination for international faire. Our culinary offerings are one of the many elements that makes Stamford Downtown a local and regional destination. Bring your family and friends to sample European, East African, Central and South American and Asian cuisine. Bringing to light our dining scene is one of Stamford Downtown's highest priorities. Lunch menus will range in price from $15–$20 with dinner ranging from $30–$55, plus $15 special promotions available at participating locations.

Offers are valid for dine-in or direct take-out only and do not apply to third-party delivery platforms like GrubHub, DoorDash, or UberEats.

Some participating restaurants are dine-in only, and not all restaurants are open for both lunch and dinner. Diners should visit the Stamford Downtown website for menus and details. Reservations are recommended.

The Avon Theatre Film Center is offering Stamford Downtown Summer Restaurant Weeks patrons one free medium popcorn with a purchase of a general admission ticket; ask for an Avon popcorn voucher at the restaurant.
