Stamford to Host Small Business Roundtable

Mayor David Martin, U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), and State Representative Caroline Simmons (D-144) will hold a small business roundtable at 4 p.m. Friday.

Martin and representatives from the City of Stamford will give a brief presentation on the new Stamford Business Portal. Then Murphy and Martin will hold a group dialogue to hear feedback from the business community about ways the city, state and federal governments can help them move forward.

Small business owners, or those who are looking to start a small business, are encouraged to attend.

The event will be at the Ferguson Library, at the corner of Broad and Bedford streets, in the Board Room on the third floor.
