Stamford Man Charged For Stopping By Mom's House

A Stamford man faces charges for stopping by his mother's house when she had a restraining order against him.

A Stamford man was arrested by police Tuesday evening after his mother called police on him for ocming by the house when he was not supposed to be there, police said Wednesday.

Perry Angelo Fabricatore, 23, of Prudence Dr., was charged with two counts of a criminal violation of a restraining order.

Police said Fabricatore's mother called police on him when he came by her house. They did not have additional information on where the second charge of criminal violation of a restraining order stemmed from as the report for the incident was not yet filed.

Fabricatore was picked up by authorities walking in the area of Hope St at around 5:15 p.m. He was held on an unusually high $100,000 bond, authorities said.

Other Arrests

Jenene Nicole Addison, 30, of Orchard St., was charged Tuesday evening with violation of probation.

Juan Romero-Gutierrez, 37, of Alden St., was charged early Wednesday morning with breach of peace.

Fred Santaliz, 32, of Soundview Ave., was charged early Wednesday morning with assault.

Beth Sugarman, 54, of Riverview Dr. in Norwalk, was charged early Tuesday morning with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.
