Stamford Man Faces Sex Assault Charge
The suspect is accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl, according to a report.
A Stamford man is facing fourth-degree sexual assault and a felony count of risk of injury to a child charges for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old girl earlier this year.
Lenin Flores, 39, of Toms Road, was arrested Monday, according to The Advocate. Flores’ arrest reportedly is the result of a Stamford Police investigation into a complaint filed by the girl’s mother in May.
He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
