Stamford Arrests

Ronnie Cook, 35, of Orchard St., charged Monday evening with first-degree failure to appear.

Terrence Jamar Dorsey, 29, of Spruce St., charged Monday afternoon with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child, second-degree strangulation and second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher J. Hayes, 37, of Lounsbury Ave. in Norwalk, charged early Tuesday with carrying a dangerous weapon.
