Stamford Police Blotter Includes Failure to Pay Wages Charge

Do to reports not yet having been submitted at the station, there are no extended stories from the police log. What follows are the arrests of the day

Arrests:

Andrew C. Cummings, 41, of the 500 block of S. Pacific St., was charged Tuesday afternoon with harrassment.

Edgard Diaz, 34, of the 500 block of S. Pacific St., was charged Tuesday evening with two counts of failure to appear.

Lachario D. Longmire, 33, of the first block of Connecticut Ave., was charged Tuesday evening with assault and disorderly conduct for threats.

Gerald Petrizzi, 43, of the first block of Apple Tree Dr., was charged Tuesday evevning with illegal failure to pay wages.

Jermaine Williams, 37, of the 200 block of Fairfield Ave., was charged during the early morning hours Wednesday with violation of probation.
