Stamford Student Wins Teen Chef Challenge
Rylie Emma Walker, 11, of Stamford was voted First County Bank Teen Chefs Challenge Winner.

Rylie Emma Walker, a 6th grade student from Stamford, was voted as the winning chef with her delicious maple meatballs and maple blinis. Competition was stiff among the eight highly talented teen chefs creating the best tasting recipe using maple syrup, as judged by the public and five celebrity judges. The First County Bank Teen Chef Challenge competition took place at the Stamford Nature Center & Museum during the Maple Sugar Festival Weekend held on March 5-6, 2016. Ms. Walker was invited to return in 2017 as a celebrity judge.
