The car was parked in the Greenwich Hospital parking garage.

A 20-year-old Stamford woman was arrested on a first-degree criminal mischief charge after a Greenwich Police investigation revealed the suspect vandalized a parked car.

The victim reported she found several scratches to the side of car when she returned to the vehicle inside the Greenwich Hospital parking garage about 3:20 p.m. Jan. 19, according to a police report.

Police determined that the damage was inflicted by Analaura Aveiro of South Woodridge Drive, according to the report that did not detail how that determination was made or a motive for the incident.

Aveiro was released after posting a $250 bond and was scheduled to appear Jan. 27 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
