Stamford Pair Charged with Fighting with Dangerous Instrument

Steven Patrick Cesare, 56, of Bridge Street, charged Sunday night with third-degree assault (fighting with a dangerous instrument capable of causing serious injury), disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Peter B. Lang, 42, of Waters Edge Drive in Ann Arbor, Mich., charged Sunday morning with first-degree larceny. 

Kareem Tyrone Ruffin, 20, of Lawn Avenue, charged Sunday night with theft of plates/inserts, operation of a motor vehicle without a license and possession of a controlled substance.
