Swiss-Based Fintech Company Signs New Lease In Stamford
The company will occupy 6,465 square feet and will move all employees to the new office location this month.

STAMFORD, CT — The Ashforth Company on Monday announced that EWM Global, a leading provider of executive compensation administration services for the financial services industry, has signed a lease at Ashforth’s 707 Summer Street property in Stamford.
EWM Global will occupy 6,465 square feet and will move all employees to this location this month. The company's website lists a previous Stamford office address of 1177 Summer St., less than half a mile away from the new office.
"We are excited to be moving to 707 Summer Street, a modern and well-located space. This move supports our continued growth and provides our team with a dynamic work environment in the heart of Stamford," said EWM Global CERO Wolfgang Schroter in a news release.

In addition to Stamford, EWM Global has offices in Dallas and overseas in London and Zurich, Switzerland, where the company was founded as a startup in 2001.

George Walker, executive vice president, and Betsy Buckley, senior vice president of JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for 707 Summer Street, represented Ashforth.
With this latest signing, the property is nearly 75 percent leased with approximately 20,000 square feet available for lease.
Located in the heart of downtown Stamford, 707 Summer Street is a 74,000-square-foot office building featuring three floors, three levels of covered parking, and a host of tenant-focused amenities, including a landscaped courtyard, private shuttle to the Stamford train station, advanced NPBI air purification system, and a living wall of 1,330 plants in the main lobby.
Ashforth, the building owner and manager of the property, and its division are headquartered on site.
The office building is minutes from I-95 and the Merritt Parkway, and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, banks, library, theaters, Courtyard by Marriott hotel, Stamford Town Center, Mill River Park, and Stamford Train Station.
Other tenants at 707 Summer Street include Michael Page International, Belden Hill Partners, BI Worldwide, Fugazy Sports & Entertainment, OneWall Communities, The Ashforth Company, Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., and A.P. Construction.
