Threatening Charge Lodged Against Stamford Man
A dispute over noise reportedly led the suspect to pull out a knife and threaten his roommate.
A man is accused of threatening his roommate with a knife after a dispute about the man making too much noise when he came home about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The suspect is described as an employee of the Long Ridge Country Club where he and his roommate live in an apartment, according to The Advocate. Ricardo Pina, 22, reportedly came home and was loud and obnoxious, prompting the roommate to tell him to quiet down.
Pina is accused of continuing to yell and scream as the roommate recorded the event with a cell phone, and then pulling out a knife and threatening the man, according to the report.

Pina was arrested later that day on second-degree threatening, unlawful restraint and breach of peace charges and ordered held in lieu of $5,000 bond, according to The Advocate story that can be found here.
