The 2015 Toys for Tots campaign is dedicated in memory of longtime volunteer and World War II U.S. Navy veteran John E. LoRusso, for his kind assistance to the children of this community.

Therefore, as Mayor of Stamford, I proclaim the month of December, 2015, to be Toys for Tots Month and urge our citizens to thank the caring individuals working to make this program a huge success, and to help make this a happy and memorable Christmas Season for the children in our community.”
