STAMFORD, CT — WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon and his wife Linda recently sold their Stamford luxury condo for nearly $2 million, according to city land records.
Located within Park Tower Stamford at the corner of Broad Street and Washington Boulevard, the unit sold for $1.95 million, a property transfer report from February shows.
The McMahons purchased the 3,351-square-foot condo for over $4.1 million in 2009. It was originally listed for sale in May 2022 for about the same price.

McMahon, 77, purchased what was then the World Wrestling Federation in the early 1980s from his father, Vincent J. McMahon, and helped bring wrestling and sports entertainment to new heights both across the United States and around the world.
It's been a turbulent past year for McMahon, however.
He stepped down and ultimately retired last July as the head of WWE following the launch of an investigation by the company's board into allegations of sexual misconduct against himself and John Laurinaitis, another WWE executive.
In January of this year, McMahon agreed to a multimillion-dollar settlement with Rita Chatterton, a former wrestling referee who accused him of raping her in 1986, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.
McMahon returned to WWE at the beginning of 2023 to help facilitate a possible sale of the company, which ultimately took place.
In April, WWE announced it would merge with Endeavor, the parent company that runs Ultimate Fighting Championship, to create a $21-plus billion global live sports and entertainment company.
WWE has been headquartered at Stamford's Titan Towers since 1985. The company has yet to move into its new headquarters at 677 Washington Blvd.
