"The team at National Development is delighted to have Waterstone on High Ridge recognized by Senior Housing News,’’ said Ted Tye, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of National Development. “Waterstone's eight distinct dining venues have drawn rave reviews. Our residents want the same high quality food options in their new community that they could find in the Fairfield County's finest restaurants."

Laurence Gerber, CEO of Epoch Senior Living, said, “Epoch Senior Living is gratified to receive this award from Senior Housing News. Each of the Waterstone communities is designed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our dining venues at Waterstone on High Ridge are second to none as is the farm to table cuisine our residents enjoy. We thank the project’s designers at Elkus Manfredi Architects and the entire team for executing this spectacular design.”

Designed with a charming modern farmhouse look, the independent living apartments feature full-size designer kitchens with stainless steel appliances, well-appointed bathrooms with full showers and vanities and spacious walk-in closets. Not only is Waterstone on High Ridge beautifully designed, with warm color pallets and inviting textures, but it is unique in the way that it integrates independent, assisted and memory care living units into one seamless community, yet provides amenities that cater to each.
