UPDATE: Joel Trebisacci, 47, of Westerly, RI has been identified as the diver who died after being found unresponsive at the Stonington Town Fishing Dock on Saturday, WTNH News 8 reports.

STONINGTON, CT — A man has died after being found unresponsive in the water at the Stonington Town Fishing Dock, according to media reports, including NBC CT.

Police told WFSB 3 TV that a diver was found unresponsive Saturday and later died at a local hospital.

An ID has not yet been released. Police are investigating.
